A global yagna is going to be held in Mathura with the wish to remove the Shahi Idgah Mosque adjacent to the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi. This program will be held simultaneously on June 30 in many countries of the world. Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas is leading the yagna. The yagna urn will be installed in the presence of hundreds of saints in Vrindavan. The dust of the yagna will be brought to Vrindavan from all the yagna sites. It will be preserved in the said urn. It will be used in the purification of that place at the time of construction of the grand temple.

Mahendra Pratap Singh, President of Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas, said that a pledge would be taken in this yagna to remove Idgah from Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and build a new temple. Yagna for Sri Krishna Janmashtami will be performed by Sanatan Dharmis on June 30 in New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Slovenia, Canada, Britain, Mauritius, Sydney, Auckland, Melbourne of Australia, Russia. While in India, apart from Mathura-Vrindavan, yagna will be performed at places like Ayodhya, Kashi, Agra, Jaipur, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Bhopal, Delhi, Noida, Madras, Ahmedabad, Patna, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai, Puri, Punjab, Amritsar, Shimla of Himachal Pradesh, etc.

During the yajna, the Sanatan Dharmis will take a pledge for the strengthening of Sanatan Dharma and liberation of Shri Krishna’s birthplace. Through the yajna, all the followers of Sanatan Dharma who are determined to build the temple will be united. A Kalash will be installed in Chintamani Kunj in Vrindavan. Dust from all the Yajna sites will be brought in this Kalash.
